I&R epitomises out-of-the-box thinking and result-oriented solutions. Many years of practical experience with projects have demonstrated to us that sustainable results may only be achieved in collaboration with the people in the company, their experience and know-how.

This is why we initially determine the key interconnections. It is only after we have understood these that we may elaborate and implement new solutions together with the internal experts.

The customer’s specific targets and possibilities are always at the forefront of our philosophy. After all, it is mostly not the shortest distance that leads to the desired result, but the approach that all the parties involved are capable of taking and are willing to take.

We are highly motivated and are also good at inspiring enthusiasm in others. This is a key element of our successful thinking and action.
